We keep this simple: FirstSteps uses only the storage needed to run the app securely. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third party analytics.
1. What we store on your device
Essential storage. We use local storage and similar mechanisms in your browser or app to keep you signed in, remember your language and preferences, and let the app work offline. This storage is required for the service to function and cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.
2. What we do not use
We do not place advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not embed third party analytics or advertising SDKs. Because we do not track you across other sites or apps, there is nothing to opt out of for advertising.
3. Service providers
When you make a purchase or use AI features, our providers (such as the app stores, our payments partner and our AI processing partner) may use their own essential mechanisms to deliver those specific functions. This is covered in our Privacy Policy.
4. Managing storage
You can clear the app’s local storage from your browser or device settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and reset your saved preferences.
